Title:
NOZZLE FOR LIQUID COOLING MODULE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01150397
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make accurate the jet position and the jet direction of a cooling liquid by a method wherein the fitting-in part of a pipe is inserted and fixed in the hole of an engaging means in such a way that the cooling liquid jet side of the pipe is erected at the center of a cooling chamber and the fitting-in part is fitted into a liquid channel. CONSTITUTION:A pipe of an outer diameter, which can be inserted in a liquid channel 2-2 of a main body, is molded in an L letter shape of a diameter, which can be projected from an aperture of a cooling chamber 2-1, and a hole of an inner diameter equal almost with that of the liquid channel 2-2 is formed on the peripheral wall of a cylinder molded in an external shape and a length, which are adhered to the inner wall of the chamber 2-1, at a position opposed to the pipe 11-1 provided with a fitting-in part 11-1a at its end edge on one side. Then, the fitting-in part is inserted and fixed in the hole of an engaging means 11-2 in such a way that the cooling liquid jet hole side of the pipe 11-1 is erected in the center of the chamber 2-1 and a nozzle is constituted in such a way that the fitting in part 11-1a is fitted into the liquid channel 2-2 and the engaging means 11-2 comes into contact by pressure-bonding to the inner wall of the chamber 2-1 by a pressing means 11-3. Thereby, the jet position and the jet direction of the cooling liquid become accurate and at the same time, the attachment and the detachment of the nozzle are facilitated.
