Abstract:
To provide an occupant monitoring device and an occupant monitoring system that improve reliability of an alarm output when inadvertent conditions such as dozing are detected.SOLUTION: In an occupant monitoring device 10, when a drowsiness determination unit 7 determines that a driver D is in a drowsiness state that causes a problem during driving based on an image captured by an image capturing unit 1 and a predetermined determination reference, an alarm is outputted by an alarm unit 21 and a basis image that is a basis of the alarm output is stored in an image storage unit 3. After that, when an input reception unit 9 accepts a reproduction request input made by the driver D, the image stored in the image storage unit 3 is reproduced by an image reproducing unit 11 and is displayed on a display unit 23. Further, when the driver D who sees this reproduced image determines that the alarm output is inappropriate, and the input reception unit 9 accepts the inappropriate intention input made by the driver D, a basis adjustment unit 12 adjusts the determination reference so as to suppress the output of the alarm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
