Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical connector module capable of avoiding the use of a large connector.SOLUTION: An optical connector module 1A comprises a cable 10A having an optical fiber 11 and an optical fiber 12 and a connector 20A provided at one end and the other end of the cable 10A. The connector 20A includes: a first terminal 23; a first photoelectric conversion element 28 optically coupled to the optical fiber 11, for transmitting a first electrical signal to the first terminal 23 in response to a first optical signal received from the optical fiber 11; a first electro-optical conversion element 29 optically coupled to the optical fiber 12, for transmitting a second optical signal to the optical fiber 12 in response to a second optical signal received from the first terminal 23; and a switch part 32 selectively switching between the state in which the first photoelectric conversion element 28 is electrically connected to the first terminal 23 and the state in which the first electro-optical conversion element 29 is electrically connected to the first terminal 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
