Abstract:
To provide an organic light emitting diode with an improved drive voltage, external quantum efficiency, and time-lapse voltage rise.SOLUTION: An organic light emitting diode 100 according to the present invention includes an anode 120, a cathode 190, at least one light emitting layer 150, and at least one organic semiconductor layer 170, the at least one light emitting layer and the at least one organic semiconductor layer are formed between the anode and the cathode, and the at least one organic semiconductor layer substantially includes a metal rare earth metal dopant and a first substrate compound.
