To reduce the vibration in an oscillating conveyor having the structure that a trough is fixed to any one of a primary side and a secondary side of a linear motor by fixing the trough to the linear motor through a vibration control mechanism for preventing the vibration in the vertical direction.
When the alternating current having a phase difference at 120 degree is flowed to coils 19a-19c of a linear motor 56, the magnetic attracting force is alternately generated in order of electrodes U, V, W so as to move a primary side member 58 left. At this stage, since the primary side member 58 is slid on a secondary side member 57 through a wheel, a horizontal part of the secondary side member 57 receives the reaction force of the primary side member 58, and a trough 7 fitted to the secondary side member 57 by a fitting member is accelerated right. In this case, plural L-shaped fitting members 23 are fitted to both cross directional ends of the trough 7 along the longitudinal direction, and a fitting plate 24 opposite to the fitting member 23 is fitted through a vibration control mechanism 22 so as to prevent the vibration in the vertical direction.
