Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an output limit circuit applicable to a high speed circuit in which output limit can be released during normal operation.
SOLUTION: The output limit circuit for preventing output of an abnormal voltage upon turn on power comprises an output limit object circuit for limiting the output voltage, a control circuit for varying the state of a control voltage depending on the level of power supply voltage, means for stopping the function of the output limit object circuit, based on the state of the control voltage, and means for fixing the output voltage at a constant level based on the state of the control voltage regardless of the output from the output limit object circuit.
