PURPOSE: An undercoat paint for building with excellent quick-drying property, adhesion, water proofness, etc. obtd. by mixing a pulp effluent with a vinyl acetate resin after the effluent has been concentrated to a required concentration.

CONSTITUTION: A pulp effluent is mixed with a vinyl acetate resin after it has been concentrated to contain about 85W90% water.

EFFECT: The paint can be used in place of mortar when mixed with sand, and as a sound barrier material and a heat insulating material when mixed with waste wood, saw dust, etc. It can be also used as an undercoat material or water-proofing material for an ALC foard wall, foamed concrete wall, etc. because of water proofness.
