To prepare a new patch for healing the stiffness of a muscle, and the like, with an inorganic component to heal the stiffened body part such as arms, foot and waist by pasting the patch.

This patch for healing the stiffness is produced by bonding a crushed mixture of tourmaline, granite porphyry, radium and quartz with a silicone and placing the obtained main material to the center of a tacky adhesive sheet having a proper size. The sheet is pasted to a lesion the body in a manner to contact the crushed components with the lesion.
