To provide a phthalocyanine mixed crystal which is suitable for use in a high-sensitive photoreceptor for inputting a digital light; and to provide a method for preparing the phthalocyanine mixed crystal.
The phthalocyanine mixed crystal is prepared as follows: hydrogen phthalocyanine in a mol fraction of 5-60% and titanyl phthalocyanine in a mol fraction of 95-40% are dissolved in an acid; and the resultant product is added to a mixture of water with an organic solvent having a specific dielectric constant of ≤20, precipitating the phthalocyanine mixed crystal. The phthalocyanine mixed crystal has peaks at Bragg angles (2θ±0.2°) of 6.8°, 7.4°, 15.0°, 24.7°, 26.2° and 27.2° in the X-ray diffraction spectrum, wherein the ratio of peak intensity at 27.2° to that at 6.8° is ≥1.
