Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually correct various pictures and to improve operability.
SOLUTION: In a desired extraction part where a picture to which R, G and B values are given at every pixel is extracted and a deletion part where the picture is not extracted, plural representative areas in the extraction part are designated and the R, G and B values of the area are inputted to a neural network. The R, G and B values of the area are inputted to the neural network so that the transparency α of the output value of the neural network becomes a value showing transparency and the plural representative areas of the deletion part are designated. The learning of the neural network is executed on the plural areas so that the transparency α of the output value of the neural network becomes a value showing transparency. The R, G and B values of the picture at every pixel are inputted to the neural network by using the learnt neural network, the transparency α of the pixel is decided by the output value and the desired extraction part is extracted.
