Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve chemical resistance such as hydrolysis resistance or the like by dew condensation by specifying a solubility in a mixed solution comprising N,N-dimethylformamide or the like by heattreating a felt in an oxygen atomosphere for the felt for a bag filter containing polyimide fiber.
SOLUTION: In a belt bag filter containing polyimide fiber, a solubility of the felt in a mixed solution of N,N-dimethylformaldehyde(DMF), tetrahydrofuran(THF), lithium bromide(LiBr) and phosphoric acid (H3PO4) is set at 90 to 99.0%. Specifically in dematter bending fatigue test at 200°C or under, crack is not generated by the bending fatigue test of one million cyles of bending, and a tenacity retention is 90% or over. Further, the felt is made by integration of the support layer and the filter layer. Furthermore, the filter layer and the support layer are made by laminating or blending the fibers of polyimide, polyphenylene sulfide or the like.
