Title:
PRINTED SHEET FOR BAKING AND BAKED SHEET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002268554
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To develop a printed sheet on which information can be added as required in the manufacture site or the like and which can be easily attached to an objective body made of a flexible material of a rolled foil or the like, and which has durability, for example, against conditions for annealing aluminum products at 530°C for 10 hours or several more hours.

The printed sheet for baking is prepared by adding the heat transfer ink information (3) consisting of ink having components of a metal oxide type coloring agent and an organic binder to a sheet for printing (1) produced by forming a mixture of at least inorganic powder and a silicon- containing binder into a sheet. The silicon-containing binder consists of polymers of trimethylsiloxy silicic acid or monofunctional M units expressed by the general formula of R3SiO- (wherein R is a compound group) and tetrafunctional Q units expressed by Si(O-)4. The printed sheet for baking is stuck to an aluminum product (4) and calcined at ≥200°C to obtain the baked sheet.
