Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize the history of print.
SOLUTION: Each time a print instruction is applied, job ID is issued, and print management information is registered in a print management table corresponding to the job ID. When a printed matter is carried by a user who has applied the print instruction, a corresponding clear button A11 is depressed so that corresponding print management information can be erased from the print management table. When any printed matter does not exist in a printer, and the print management information remains in the print management table although the printed matter is not carried by the user, it is recognized that the printed matter is carried by another user by mistake. Therefore, it is possible for the user to receive the printed matter by searching for the other user.
