Abstract:
To provide management system with purchase reservation which provides a purchase reservation for selling a commodity purchased with a loan by a customer to a third person in future, on the basis of a preset purchasable price acquisition rule, and an operation program which can be read and executed by the system.SOLUTION: A commodity management system with purchase reservation includes a commodity identification information holding unit, a customer identification information holding unit, a loan information holding unit, a loan repayment status information holding unit, a purchase request information acquisition unit for acquiring purchase request information, a purchasable price acquisition rule holding unit, a purchasable price information acquisition unit, and a purchasable price information output unit.EFFECT: Within a predetermined period set at the time of a loan contract, a commodity can be purchased basically at a purchase request timing desired by a user at a price which can be estimated based on a loan repayment schedule, and the loan schedule for completing repayment of borrowings can reduce the total amount to be paid compared with residual value payment even in aiming to complete repayment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
