Abstract:

PURPOSE: To attain the optimum reservation of the ordered product material in a short time and also to control the overhang of stocks and the yield in each optimum state when the steel plate products are manufactured in response to the order of a client.

CONSTITUTION: The order of plural types of products and the steel pieces, i.e., plural types of unneeded materials are grouped based on each characteristic by an order grouping part 2 and a steel piece grouping part 5. Then a reservation propriety/reservation subject deciding part 7 decides the propriety of reservation for each group based on the characteristic. Based on this deciding result and the quantity and weight of each group, it is decided whether the unneeded materials are reserved for the order or the new material is manufactured. Based on this deciding result, a reservation processing part 9 decides the combination of plate production ordered to each steel piece to be reserved.
