Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector capable of performing desired lighting control, even when the maximum rating on output is changed by a use environment.SOLUTION: The projector includes laser light sources 103 to 105 which output a laser beam, sensors 119 to 121 which detect the temperatures of the laser light sources 103 to 105, a light reduction part 112 which reduces and transmits the laser beam outputted by the laser light sources 103 to 105, and a control part 101 which controls the output of the laser light sources 103 to 105 and the transmittance of the light reduction part 112. The control part 101 performs dimming control for changing the output of the laser light sources 103 to 105 when a predetermined light quantity is outputted and the transmittance of the light reduction part 112, according to the temperatures of the laser light sources 103 to 105 detected by the sensors 119 to 121.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
