Abstract:
To provide a radiation image conversion panel particularly suited to be used in a radiation image recording-reproducing method using a double side converging reading method.
A radiation image conversion panel 11 used in a radiation image reading method based on a double side converging system is formed by covering both side surface of an accelerated phosphor layer 21 with transparent resin films 22, 23. In this phosphor layer 21, accelerated phosphor grains with an aspect ratio in a range of 1.0-1.5 at a number percentage of 50% or more are dispersedly fixed by a binder. This conversion panel 11 is used in a double side converging reading method.
