Further, a discharge opening part 34a is provided in a fixed face plate 34 arranged outside the hopper, and an oscillating face plate 29 which abuts on the suction opening part and the discharge opening part 34a to be rotated around a rotary shaft, is provided. Suction and discharge of ready-mixed concrete are switched by turning the oscillating face plate 29 so that through holes 29a, 29b formed in the oscillating face plate 29 so as to be connected to the concrete cylinder may be connected to the suction opening part 30a and the discharge opening part 34a.
