To provide a refrigerant distributor and an air conditioner using this particular distributor in the case where the refrigerant distributor is, by means of a simple constitution, capable of clearing a gas-liquid mixture fluid of unevenness in liquid density.

This refrigerant distributor consists of a three-way branch pipe 4, comprising a main pipe 11 and two branch pipes 12, 13 which branch off from the main pipe 11 downstream. It is possible for unevenness to occur in liquid density in the refrigerant put in a state of gas-liquid mixture in the branch pipes 12, 13. Close to the branch pipe 12 having possibility of the liquid density becoming higher a projecting part 10 which interferes with a flow of refrigerant flowing into the branch pipe 12 is formed on the main pipe 11. The projecting part 10 is formed by depressing a part in the outside surface of the main pipe 11. This three-way branch pipe 4 is connected to the liquid pipe side 2 of an indoor heat exchanger 1 to make up an air conditioner.
