Abstract:
PURPOSE: To cut open a skin of a packing material or the like around an outer periphery of a rolled sheet and to collect the skins compactly thereafter.
CONSTITUTION: A skin 2 fed from a rolled sheet 1 is further fed by a first transfer roller 27 and a second transfer roller 30, it is cut into predetermined lengths by a cutter 37, the cut pieces are fed onto a temporarily receiving skewer 46 of a collector 41 provided downstream of the cutter 37 to be stacked, the skewer 46 is lowered and drawn out after a certain amount of the pieces has been stacked, and they are transferred onto a pallet 42. By this constitution, skins of a packing material or the like can be stacked in a flat state and compactly collected.
