To provide a reproduction method of disassembling a vehicle body assembled by means of spot-welding or the like by moving a conveyor line backward, and assembling parts to be reproduced and new parts by moving the conveyor line forward.
A vehicle body to be reproduced 100 is put on a station S11 in a conveyor line C, and the conveyor line is moved backward to disassemble front, rear, right, and left doors 70, 75 (doors on opposite side not illustrated), a hood 80, a roof 50, body side members 40, 45, and an engine room 30 or the like. Besides a disassembling means such as removing rivets, bolts, and nuts, the spot-welded parts of the vehicle body are drilled for disassembly. The conveyor line C is moved forward to assemble a new engine room, new body side members 240, 245, and a new roof 250 and so on assembled parts of a rear floor 10 and a floor 20, thus to reproduce a new vehicle body 300.
