PURPOSE: To reduce the magnetic reluctance of an electromagnetic winding part without spoiling the reliability of the electromagnetic winding part and to achieve the high output of a motor by a method wherein at least the electromagnetic winding part is sealed with a resin in which one part or the total amount of a nonmagnetic inorganic filler has been replaced by a soft magnetic ferrite fire powder having a specific average particle diameter.
CONSTITUTION: A sealing resin 1A in which one part or the total amount of a nonmagnetic inorganic filler has been replaced by a soft magnetic ferrite whose average particle diameter is 10μm or lower such as Fin-Zn. Ni-Zn or the like is formed. Then, an electromagnetic winding 1B is sealed with the formed sealing resin 1A by an injection molding operation, and a resin-sealed electromagnetic winding is formed. Thereby, while the reliability such as the dimensional stability, the heat dissipating property or the like of the resin-sealed electromagnetic winding is being maintained, a high output by about 15% can be achieved.
