The solar battery cell P carried in the carrying-in position is sucked by the carrying-in position side sucking member 6 by using rotation of the rotary tables 4 by the servomotors and an advance-retreat of the sucking member 6 by the cylinder devices 5, is delivered to the carrying-out position side sucking member 6, and is placed on the carrying-out position by reversing the obverse and reverse.
