A pair of servomotors are arranged on a baseplate 2 installed by straddling a carrying-in position and a carrying-out position, and rotary tables 4 connected to the respective servomotors are respectively rotatably journaled. Cylinder devices 5 are respectively arranged on the respective rotary tables 4. A sucking member 6 having a sucking pad 61 is respectively connected to respective movable parts. The solar battery cell P carried in the carrying-in position is sucked by the carrying-in position side sucking member 6 by using rotation of the rotary tables 4 by the servomotors and an advance-retreat of the sucking member 6 by the cylinder devices 5, is delivered to the carrying-out position side sucking member 6, and is placed on the carrying-out position by reversing the obverse and reverse.
