A SAW device 1 includes: a crystal substrate 10; an IDT electrode 20 that is formed on a main surface 11 of the crystal substrate 10; reflectors 30 and 31 that are formed on the main surface 11 of the crystal substrate 10 and positioned next to the IDT electrode 20; and a spiral inductor 40 that is formed on the main surface 11 of the crystal substrate 10 and connected at one end to the IDT electrode 20. The spiral inductor 40 has a constant to obtain frequency variable sensitivity required for the crystal substrate 10.
