Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient strength and improve the assembling precision and working efficiency by integrating a connecting part protruded to the rear surface side with a lengthy bar body in the longitudinal direction of the bar body, and forming overhang parts on both lateral sides of the connecting part.
SOLUTION: The work of mutually superposing overhang parts 34a, 34b of juxtaposed adjacent screen bars 30 and screwing them by a bolt 42 is performed in a plurality of connecting parts 34 in the longitudinal direction to mutually connect the bars 30, and this is successively repeated, whereby a bar screen 12 is formed. The bar screen 12 is connected to a screen beam 24, and the end surfaces of the overhang parts 34a, 34b of the screen bars 30 are brought into contact with the side surface of each connecting part 34, 34 of the other bar 30, respectively. The pitch (p) of the bars 30, 30 can be made constant by the easy positioning of the screen bars 30, and the bar screen 12 is made of a resin to provide a sufficient strength. Further, the bar screen 12 is fixed to the screen beam 24 through the arm part 32b of each screen bar 30. Thus, the interference of the bar screen 12 with a rake is prevented, and scraping property can be improved.
