Abstract:
PURPOSE: To cancel variation of the resistance value of a first semiconductor resistor by providing the first semiconductor resistor of which variation of resistance value is determined by a voltage difference from a semiconductor substrate and a second semiconductor resistor forming a resistance ratio of which variation of resistance value is determined by the potential formed on the predetermined potential.
CONSTITUTION: The resistance value of polysilicon resistor R2 is determined by voltage Vsub of a semiconductor substrate 10 or by voltage VEPI of an isolating layer 11. Since the voltage VEPI of the isolating layer 11 is determined by the voltage supplied from a buffer 1, it becomes equal to the output voltage V0 and a total resistance value can be obtained by the formula I. As a result, the total resistance value of the polysilicon resistors R1, R2 is determined by the potential of the semiconductor substrate 10 and is not influenced by the output voltage V0. Therefore, the resistance value does not change. Accordingly, variation of the resistance value of the first semiconductor resistor can be cancelled by the variation of the resistance value of the second semiconductor resistor.
