Abstract:
To provide a semiconductor light-receiving element, which is high in selectivity of wavelength to be removed and wavelength to be received in the wavelength multiplexed optical communication, using two or more signal lights of different wavelengths.
A transparent resin layer and a multilayer film wavelength selecting filter layer, which reflects the light of wavelength to be removed, are provided in an opening on the side where the light of the light-receiving element enters it. Stress on the resin layer is relaxed, to prevent a thick multilayer film wavelength selecting filter from peeling and deforming.
