Abstract:
To provide a new separator having high solution retainability and high air permeability and to provide an alkaline storage battery using it.
This separator contains plural polyolefin resins. The separator contains a first sulfonated polyolefin resin and a second sulfonated polyolefin resin. The sulfonation degree of the first polyolefin resin is different from that of the second polyolefin resin.
