Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dental material free from decrease of physical characteristics, excellent in operability, having enough softness, etc., by using a compound having an unsaturated organic group at the end of the molecule as a component of an addition type soft lining material.
SOLUTION: This material is compounded with (A) an organopolysiloxane having 2 or more organic groups having unsaturated bond at the end, viscosity of approximately 10-1000 poise, (B) an organopolysiloxane having one organic group of an unsaturated bond, viscosity of approximately 10-1000 poise, setting the ratio of the total organic groups [C=C]B/[C=C]A to 0.01-10, and (C) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having SiH groups in an amount to set the ratio of [SiH]C/[C=C]AB to 0.5-5. The subject material is obtained by using (D) a hydrosilylation catalyst in the range of 0.1-100ppm per sum of the amount of the component A, B and C, compounding (E) a filler in amount of 0.1-3 times of the sum of the amount of the component A, B and C.
