Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module which is capable of adjusting the quantity of transmitted light by itself and excellent in design properties. SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film, a thin film photoelectric conversion film, and a back electrode film are laminated on a light-transmitting insulating board for the formation of a thin film solar cell 11, and the back electrode film and the thin film photoelectric conversion film are partially removed for providing light-transmitting holes 21 to the solar cell 11. A shading member 13 is equipped with shading regions 23 which shut off light impinging on the light-transmitting holes 21, and light transmitting regions which transmit light impinging on the light-transmitting holes 21 and arranged close to at least either of the front and rear of the solar cell 11 so as to be displaced in parallel with the solar cell 11. The shading member 13 is displaced by an electric drive unit 16 which is operated by an electric power generated by the solar cell 11 so as to adjust the quantity of transmitted light impinging on the light- transmitting holes 21.
