To obtain stable strength of a spacer by mixing aggregate, cement, water, and an admixture with each other, hardening the same, to thereby mold the spacer, wherein the aggregate contains fine aggregate comprising burned ash molten slug, and the admixture comprises stone dust.
Burned ash molten slug, cement, stone dust, and water are mixed with each other, the resultant mixture is then filled in a hopper 30, and a supply section 29 which has received the mixture approaches an upward facing form main body 11. Then, the mixture is charged from the supply section 29 to each molding section 12, and a vibrator 24 is activated to generate vibrations to the form main body 11. Thereafter, the mixture which has been charged due to vibrations, is packed into the molding section 12 without a gap, and then the supply section 29 recedes. Next, when the supply section 29 recedes, a proceeding/receding means 28 of a pressurizing apparatus 26 is expanded, and a lowered pressurizing section 27 enters an upper opening 12A to pressurize the mixture, to thereby mold a spacer by using vibrations generated by the vibrator 24. Therefore, by utilizing the burned ash molten slug which is waste, the spacer having stable strength can be obtained.
