Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a storage battery system etc. capable of eliminating the reduction of a battery capacity due to a so-called memory effect.SOLUTION: The storage battery system includes a plurality of storage battery units connected in parallel in a manner to be selectable by switching over a switch, as a compensation power supply to supply power to a load at blackout. In order to eliminate the memory effect of the storage battery unit, the storage battery system successively executes refresh discharging and refresh charging of the storage battery units periodically.
