This solar cell is a thin-film solar cell 2 formed on a flexible substrate, and an electrode on the side of light receiving surface is composed of a transparent conductive film formed on the entire surface of a power generation part of the light receiving surface, and a current-collecting structural body 1 formed of a highly conductive and linear current-collecting body formed thereon. The linear current-collecting body 1 ensures an efficient conductive sectional area so as not to generate a large ohmic loss accompanied by energizing, and for itself, the current collecting body 1 is wrapped partly or entirely with the solar cell 2, so that the effective power generating area of the solar cell 2 is not reduced. Thus, the conductive sectional area of the current collecting body 1 can be ensured, and the effective power generating area of the solar cell 2 be also ensured.
