Title:
STRUCTURE OF ROTOR IN DYNAMO-ELECTRIC MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006166571
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To have such strength that it can disperse the stress caused by an adhesive interposed between a rotor core and an end plate, or can withstand the stress.

A rotor comprises a rotor core which is made of two or more sheets of electromagnetic steel plates in piles, a permanent magnet which is inserted in an opening 114 made in the circumferential direction of the rotor core, and an end plate which is provided to catch the rotor core from the direction of a rotating shaft. The permanent magnet is fixed by an adhesive to at least either the rotor core or the end plate. The opening 114 in the electromagnetic plate 112 provided at the end in the direction of the rotating shaft of the rotor core is made so that the shortest interval between the opening 114 and the outer fringe area 116 in the diametrical direction of the rotor core may be larger than the shortest interval in the electromagnetic steel plate excluding the end.
