PURPOSE: To execute working with a high accuracy for many hours by fitting and attaching a bush of a magnetic material to the outside peripheral surface of each guide post, and the inside peripheral surface of a through-hole of a movable plate which is fitted loosely to said surface, respectively, and forming the opposed surfaces of both the peripheral surfaces to the same pole, so that both the peripheral surfaces become non-contact and non-abrasion.

CONSTITUTION: Between a magnetic material bush 7 which has been fitted and attached to the outside peripheral surface of a guide post 2, and a magnetic material bush 5 which has been fitted and attached to the inside peripheral surface of a through-hole of a movable plate 4, a resiliency works in the radial direction, because the opposed surfaces are the same pole. Between a bush 8 of a guide post 3 and a bush 6 of the through-hole of the movable plate 4, as well, the same resiliency works. Accordingly, when the movable plate 4 is guided by guide posts 2, 3 and executes a reciprocating motion, the bush 5 and 7, and the bush 6 and 8 do not contact to each other, and the reciprocating motion of the movable plate 4 is continued. Therefore, a slide and an abration of the movable plate 4 and the guide posts 2, 3 are not generated. Accordingly, when a die set is being operated, loosening of the movable plate 4 caused by the abration is not generated, and the press working can be executed with a high accuracy and at a high speed extending over many hours.
