To obtain the subject tape capable of carrying out electric contact between conducting fine wire and face to be connected by low contact resistance free from scattering between lots by attaching an electroconductive wire having a specific wire diameter onto the tacky face of one-side tacky tape.
An electroconductive fine wire 2 having 10-1,000μm wire diameter is attached to the tacky face of single-side tacky tape 1 to which a tacky agent layer 12 is applied to one side of a supporting substrate 11 to provide the objective tacky tape having electroconductive fine wire. The electroconductive fine wire 2 is preferably embedded into the tacky agent layer 12 in semi-embedded state. The many electroconductive fine wires 2 may preferably be arranged, e.g. in parallel, net-like or meandering state and the intervals between these wires are preferably two or more times larger than the outside diameter of the electroconductive fine wire 2. A metallic wire, an organic electroconductive fiber, mixed spinning yarn, etc., of a metallic fiber with an organic fiber can be used as the electroconductive fine wire 2. A plastic film, a plastic (non)oven fabric, a knitted fabric, paper, a metallic foil only or composite of metallic foils can be used as the supporting substrate 11 for one-side tacky tape 1.
