Abstract:

To provide a computing technique making it possible for nonprofessional users to use computing.

A computer using system includes task computing enabling users to define tasks by combining usable functions and to perform such tasks. The computer using system either includes device-derived usable functions, computing applications, and electronic services UPnP, CORBA, RMI, RPC, DCE, DCOM which include Web services and which can be used by local or remote procedure calling, or consists of previously defined tasks. All the usable functions are abstracted as services, with each of the services expressed in a semantic language. The services have semantic descriptions associated with the languages.
