Abstract:

PURPOSE: To restrain a rise in the temperature of a placed concrete economically and efficiently by providing a temperature control device wherein air is sucked into a ventilating space from a plurality of suction openings of a manifold means when a structure such as dam and bridge pier is to be constructed.

CONSTITUTION: In a manifold means 10, an exhaust port 12a, a plurality of suction distribution openings 16a and suction pipes 17a are formed in a ventilating manner through a centralized space 11c. To the exhaust port 12a, a suction fan 2 is connected through a main flow rate adjusting damper 5. The suction pipes 17a are connected to openings of each sheath through a hose. A temperature data obtaining means is provided for obtaining measuring data of a body temperature of a mass concrete and an outside air temperature. A memory means is provided for storing a desired control target temperature data. Based on a deviation between the control target temperature data and the measuring temperature data, the opening degree of the main flow rate adjusting damper 5 is calculated. In accordance with the calculated opening degree, the main flow rate adjusting damper 5 is controlled.
