Abstract:

PURPOSE: To efficiently produce a glazed substrate provided with a projected glazed layer for printing with a small radius of curvature and a plane glazed layer for forming a fine pattern by specifying the thickness of the plane glazed layer and the radius of curvature of the curved projected glazed layer.
CONSTITUTION: The thickness of a plane glazed layer is set to be not more than 10μm. The radius of curvature of a curved projected glazed layer is 0.5-1.5mm at the top thereof. The radius of curvature of a flat projected glazed layer is not more than 0.5mm at the corner thereof. A glazed ceramic substrate 103 is prepared by providing a full-surface glazed layer 101 of a uniform film thickness on a ceramic substrate 31. The thickness of the full-surface glazed layer 101 is determined in accordance with the height of a projected glazed layer 31b or 31c to be finally obtained. Next, a mask 105 is formed in a specified position on the surface of the full-surface glazed layer 101.
