To obtain a three dimensional composite cloth product capable of exhibiting a ventilating property, two dimensional elasticity, recovering property, and compressibility.
This three dimensional cloth product is provided with a first cloth layer formed with a first stitch yarn and a first back yarn, a second cloth layer formed with a second stitch yarn and a second back yarn, a joining yarn for elastically joining the first cloth layer with the second cloth layer each other, and an elastic yarn assembled in at least one of the first stitch yarn, second stitch yarn, first back yarn and second back yarn. The three dimensional cloth product can be assembled in a medical treating device, and in such cases, at least one of the cloth layer has a raised surface suitable for a freely releasable fixing engagement by hooking elements of a hook/loop engaging mechanism.
