PURPOSE: To reduce the cost by installing one unit each of tire mounting robot and a cutting angle correction device that corrects the cutting angle of a hub on both sides of a car body transfer line and cutting the installation number of tire mounting robot by half.
CONSTITUTION: Conveyer devices 3 that transfer tires 2 are provided on both sides of a line that intermittently transfers car bodies 1, and a nut feeder 4 is installed near the conveyer devices 3. Also a gate type frame 7 is vertically installed as if strides over the right and left conveyer devices 3, and a spare tire inserting device 8 is provided to it. Then, rail members 9 are installed on the upstream side of each of the conveyer devices 3, and a cutting angle correction device 10 and a tire mounting robot 100 are mounted on these rail members 9. The cutting angle correction device 10 is provided freely movable between the front tire attaching position S1 and the evacuationg position S3 along the rails 9, and the tire mounting robot 100 is provided freely movable between the front tire attaching position S1 and the rear tire attaching position S2.
