A joint with a comb tooth joint body 6 to form a brush part with a base part 5 is integrally molded by coupling the pin 12 of the joint body 6 to the recess 13 of the base part 5, and comb teeth 11 are erected ton a flat base body 10 of uniform breadth along the lengthwise direction thereof. Also, a tonic delivery port 14 is formed in a gap between the comb teeth 11 and a tonic fully contained in a tonic distribution chamber 7 is discharged form the delivery port 14 to the come teeth. Then, the delivered tonic is guided to the ends of the comb teeth 11 through a tonic guide groove 15 formed on the center of the principal place of each comb tooth 11. As a result, the tonic can be sufficiently applied even to the root of hair.
