Abstract:
PURPOSE: To inhibit the eye of a human being from being affected by ultraviolet rays by providing a shield or a scattering layer of ultraviolet rays on the looking side of a body to be transferred. CONSTITUTION: The transfer foil is constituted by successively forming at least an ultraviolet excitation emission layer 3 and an adhesive layer 4 through a release medium layer 2 on a base film 1. A shield or a scattering layer 5 of ultraviolet rays is provided on the looking side of a body to be transferred after transfer is performed in the body to be transferred of the ultraviolet excitation emission layer. Ultraviolet rays irradiating a panel are shielded or scattered by the shield or the scattering layer 5 of ultraviolet rays and are not made directly incident on the eye of a human being and eyestrain is controlled to the lower limit.
