Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce moire generated by a virtual diagonal group connecting the intersecting points of a vertical lenticular lens and a horizontal lenticular lens and a Fresnel lens in a transmission type screen.
SOLUTION: When the pitches of the vertical lenticular lens, the Fresnel lens and the horizontal lenticular lens are respectively set up to Pv, Pf and Ph and Pk=1/{(1/Ph)2+(1/Pv)2}1/2 is defined, the decimal places of Pk/Pf is about 0.3 to 0.7 when Pk/Pf>1 and the decimal places of Pf/Pk is about 0.3 to 0.7 when Pf/Pk>1.
