To provide a transplantation implement for a spinal fusion surgery capable of accelerating fusion with bones after the spinal fusion surgery by maximizing the expansion width of a transplantation implement main body and securing the maximum inner space.

The transplantation implement for the spinal fusion surgery comprises: the transplantation implement main body 10 formed such that recesses and projections are formed on the outer peripheral surface, through parts to be communicated with each other are formed on surfaces facing each other on both sides, insertion holes to pass through each other are formed on side faces where the through parts are formed, and an incision line is connected from the upper part to a part of the lower part; a bolt tightening hole 14 passing through the rear end face center of the transplantation implement main body and the lower end center part of the through part; a transplantation implement expander 20 inserted and mounted to the insertion hole so as not to be projected to the outside of the transplantation implement main body, for which the through part in the same size and shape as the through part formed on the transplantation implement main body is formed; and a bolt 30 connected so as to pass through with the lower end part of the transplantation implement main body expander and connected to the bolt tightening hole for moving the transplantation implement main body expander as needed and expanding the transplantation implement main body centering on the incision line.
