Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable processor for cutting food materials capable of providing safety of a worker by preventing the worker from touching a rotary blade when the rotary blade is rotated and stopping the rotation of the rotary blade when a supply part is in an open state.SOLUTION: A vegetable processor 1 comprises a rotary blade, a cutting box 3, a device body 7, and a control part 8. The cutting box 3 includes a housing 31 for covering a rotary blade, and a lid body 32. The lid body 32 includes: a supply part 33 for supplying food materials, a push plate 4 for opening/closing the supply part 33, and a detection part P3 for detecting the opening/closing of the push plate 4. When the push plate 4 is located outside the supply part, the control part 8 stops rotation of the rotary blade.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
