Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which discriminates a title still picture from a photographed still picture on a recording medium so as to display a multi- screen and can easily retrieve and print desired information by providing a multiscreen display means and a print means.
SOLUTION: When the signal of moving picture recording is generated by a switch 4 and is inputted to a circuit 6, the circuit 6 outputs a signal converting data into moving picture data to a circuit 1. A signal inhibiting the generation of data showing a still picture is transmitted to a circuit 2 and a signal for recording information in a disk is transmitted to a circuit 3. When the start signal of still picture recording is inputted to the circuit 6, the circuit 6 transmits a signal for converting data into still picture data and outputs a signal for generating index data showing the still picture to the circuit 2. Furthermore, a signal for recording index data showing picture information and the still picture in the disk is transmitted to a circuit in the circuit 3.
