Abstract:

To obtain a welding filler metal of Ni-Cr-W based alloy superior in strength in high temperature and corrosion-resistance used for structures in high temperature for a gas furnace for high temperature or a gas turbine, etc.

Welding filler metal is Ni-Cr-W based alloy having a composition consisting of, by mass, ≤0.05% C, ≤0.1% Mn, ≤0.1% Si (where ≤0.1% Mn+Si), 17-20% Cr, 20-23% W (where 39-43% Cr+W), 0.02-0.1% Ti, ≤0.03% Zr, ≤0.015% Y, 0.0003-0.01% B, ≤0.1% Al, ≤0.05% Mg ≤0.06% Nb (where ≤0.3% 10Zr+10B+5Nb+2Y), and the balance Ni with inevitable impurities.
