Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the washing material adequate for washing away the stains by fats and oils, etc., on the surfaces of pin balls, coils and equipment, such as extruders.
CONSTITUTION: This washing material is formed by using 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic polymer, 5-100 pts.wt. oil absorptive rubber-like polymer, 5-200 pts.wt. filler and 0.5-10 pts.wt. antistatic agent as indispensable component, incorporating and kneading a lubricant, etc., to and with the mixture and forming the mixture to pellets. The duration period of the ability to wash the pin balls is greatly prolonged and the failure and noises at the time of washing are decreased in the case of washing the pin balls. The working environment for polishing the pin balls is thus improved. In addition, the regeneration and incineration of the used pellets are possible.
