Abstract:

To provide a winding apparatus for a rotary electric machine that uses a laminated frame body provided on outer peripheries of laminated magnetic pole members for positioning and gripping of a core and that facilitates gripping of the core and allows windings to be wound around the core regardless of shape of the laminated magnetic pole members encompassed with the laminated frame body.

A winding apparatus 70 for a rotary electric machine includes: a transport mechanism that places, on a transport path 72, a laminated core member 100 that includes a laminated frame body 50, and laminated connected magnetic pole members 40, where a plurality of core members, each having magnetic pole members attached to a frame body, are laminated; a nozzle 8 that sends out wires; a nozzle control mechanism 71 that moves the nozzle 8 in directions of x, y, and z axes for winding; and a cutting mechanism 76 that separates the laminated connected magnetic pole members 40 from the laminated frame body 50 after winding.
